1) At the outset, learned A.P.P. submitted that, after the completion of investigation, the Police have filed Chargesheet. 2) Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, Respondent No.2 is giving consent for quashing of the present crime. 3) After perusal of the F.I.R. and serious allegations made against the Petitioner, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant reliefs as prayed for, learned counsel for Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition, with liberty to file an Application for discharge before the trial Court.
