P.C.:- 1) Present Petition is circulated vide preacipe dated 2nd September, 2024 signed by Advocate Ashif Husain on the letterhead of Advocate Deepika Oswal.

2) Record indicates that, two Advocates namely Deepika Oswal and Kaif Ansari have filed joint Vakalatnama on behalf of the Petitioners. 3) Despite the said fact, Advocate Mr. Chaudhari today seeks adjournment on the ground that, Advocate Deepika Oswal is not keeping well. When this Court asked as to what happened to Mr. Kaif Ansari, he kept conspicuous silent on it.

4) We do not appreciate such practice adopted by the Advocate for seeking adjournment. However, at the request of learned Advocate for 1/2

ssm 52-wp4038.2024.doc the Petitioners we adjourn the Petition to 21st November, 2024, subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the Order on the official website of Bombay High Court, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 5) If the Petitioners pay the said cost within stipulated period, learned Advocate for the Petitioners to submit the receipt of payment in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week therefrom. 6) If the cost is paid as noted above, list the Petition on 21st November, 2024 under the caption "for admission".
