After briefly hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned APP, ex-facie we are getting an impression that the Petitioner has dodged the police. He has mentioned an address in the clause title of the Petition, on which he does not reside. Today, when we called upon him to give us the address of the Country in which he is presently residing, he has given us Laxmi 1/2

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would collect the exact postal address of the Petitioner of the foreign country in which he resides and tender it to the Court on the next date. 3.

Leave to file an affidavit mentioning the exact address of the Petitioner, of the country in which he is presently residing. Thereafter, liberty to circulate this Petition.

Pendency of this Petition would not amount to grant of any interim relief to the Petitioner.
