P.C.:- 1) Learned APP submitted that, the learned District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur by its Appraisal Report dated 10th February, 2026 addressed to the Superintendent, Yerwada Central Prison, regarding pre-release of the Petitioner, in paragraph No.3 has stated that, as of today the Petitioner has undergone 13 years, 8 months and 27 days of imprisonment and the period of 14 years is not yet to be completed. She tendered across the bar the said letter (Appraisal Report) dated 10th February, 2026.

2) In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner is premature. The Petition is accordingly disposed off.
