Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Respondent. Perused the Petitions.
2) Petition No.4090 of 2024, seeks for quashing and setting aside the 'Order of Externment' being Order No.48/2024 dated 9th May, 2024 passed by Respondent No.2, whereby the Petitioner-Jallaluddin has been externed for a period of one year. Further, said Petition also seeks for direction to Respondent No.3 to hear and decide Externment Appeal No.155 of 2024, filed by the Petitioner against his Externment, within two weeks.

H.C.SHIV 15-WP-4090-2024.doc 3) Petition Stamp No.18847 of 2024, seeks for quashing and setting aside the 'Order of Externment' being Order No.48/2024 dated 9th May, 2024 passed by Respondent No.2, whereby the Petitioner-Hussain has been externed for a period of one year. Further, said Petition also seeks for direction to Respondent No.3 to hear and decide Externment Appeal No.156 of 2024, filed by the Petitioner against his Externment, within two weeks.
4) Learned A.P.P. made a statement that the Appellate AuthorityRespondent No.3 may be directed to hear and dispose of aforesaid Externment Appeal within four weeks from the date of this Order. 5) In view thereof, Petitions deserves to be disposed, accordingly. Hence, following Order :-
ORDER
(i) Respondent No.3 in Writ Petition No.4090 of 2022, is directed to hear and dispose of Externment Appeal No.155 of 2024, within a period of four weeks from the date of this Order and shall serve a copy of the Order in Appeal to the Petitioner within one week from the date of said order. (ii) Respondent No.3 in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.18847 of 2022, is directed to hear and dispose of Externment Appeal No.156 of 2024, within a period of four weeks from the date of this Order and shall serve a copy of the Order in Appeal to the Petitioner within one week from the date of said order. 6) Petitions are disposed of, accordingly.
