Learned APP states that the investigation is completed and charge-sheet is ready. However, it could not be filed because of the ad-interim order granted on 25th September 2024.

Considering the nature of controversy, it is necessary to consider the investigation carried out in this case and it would be only fair that the Petitioners also get a copy of the charge-sheet, so that, they can defend themselves. In this view of the matter, we permit the Investigating Officer to file Satish Sangar
17-WP-4103-2024.odt charge-sheet before the appropriate Court within a period of two weeks from today. Needless to add that the Petitioners would be entitled to a copy of the charge-sheet. 3.
The matter be listed for further consideration on 7th April 2025.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners is granted leave to amend to annex copy of the charge-sheet with the corresponding amendment in the Petition. This shall be done before the next date.
