P.C.:- 1) Husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law respectively of the Respondent No.2, have filed present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the R.C.C. No.9 of 2024 pending on the file of 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Thane arising out of C.R.No. 282 of 2023 registered with Vartak Nagar Police Station, Thane city under Sections 498-A, 406, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') with consent of the Respondent No.2, informant.

2) Mr. Ghag, learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that, the Petitioner No.1 and the Respondent No.2 have reconciled their disputes 1/2

sns 22-wp-4105-2024.doc and differences and are now cohabiting together. 3) Learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2 submitted that, the Respondent No.2 has filed on record her Affidavit dated 11th September 2024, duly affirmed before a Notary Public. In paragraphs 4 and 5 of the said Affidavit, the Respondent No.2 has given her no objection for quashing of the case in question.

3.1) Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 11th September 2024 and her 'no objection' for quashing of the case in question. 4) In view thereof, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

5) In view of quashing of afore-stated criminal case including the FIR, we direct the Investigating Agency to forthwith communicate the Immigration Department and all other Departments to revoke Look Out Circulars issued at their instance.
