Learned A.P.P to inform the Deputy Commissioner of Police of the concerned zone and take instructions whether the inquiry will be transferred to some other police station, considering the allegations made by the petitioners against the police of the said police station i.e. Naupada Police Station, Thane.

Learned A.P.P to ensure that no steps are taken pursuant to the impugned notice dated 20th September 2024, till the next date. The notice issued to the petitioners and the petitioners' advocate shall not be acted upon by the police. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
