Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the aforesaid Petition is filed under a bonafide belief that, only Writ Petition can be filed against the impugned Order dated 21st March 2024. Further, on instructions, learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners want to file an appropriate challenge before the Sessions Court concerned against the impugned Order. Hence, he seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Petition, with liberty to file an appropriate challenge in the Sessions Court. 2) Leave to withdraw.
