Mr. Seoul S. Shah, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are unable to deposit the costs imposed upon them vide order dated 13th August 2025 and are inclined to withdraw this writ petition.

Mr. K.V. Saste, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and Mr. Chinmay Patil, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 state that in view of the statements made on behalf of the petitioners, the order dated 13th August 2025 needs to be recalled. 3.

Mr. Ashish P. Agarkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of inability of the petitioners to comply with the directions issued by this Court on 13th August 2025, the petitioners are seeking permission to withdraw this Writ Petition.

Writ Petition No.4117 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

The order dated 13th August 2025 passed by this Court is recalled and shall not operate any further in favour of the petitioners.
