On 1st October 2024, notice was issued to the Respondent No.2 and till the returnable date, investigation was directed to continue, however, chargesheet was not to be filed, without the leave of the Court.

Learned Addl. P.P. on instructions states that investigation is complete and chargesheet is ready to be filed. She states that if the stay is vacated, chargesheet will be filed. Accordingly, we vacate the stay, which was continued from time to time and permit the police to file chargesheet within two weeks.

After chargesheet is filed, leave to amend is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to amend the petition and annex the chargesheet to the aforesaid Petition. 4.

The said amendment to be carried out within four weeks.

Stand over to 6th November 2025.
