P.C.:- 1) It is the contention of Petitioner that, the articles including the alleged contraband used in the present crime were destroyed by the Police without effecting seizure panchanama. That, there is no Forensic Science Laboratory Report to indicate that the alleged contraband was infact 'Ganja', a prohibited psychotropic substance. 1.1) Record prima-facie indicates that, there is substance in the said contention.

1.2) In view thereof, Admit.
