The learned APP stated before the Court that in this case 'C-Summary Report' is filed by the investigating agency. Learned counsel appearing for the first informant submitted that he has no grievance against the Petitioners in view of this statement. Since 'C-Summary Report' is already filed which is pending before the Magistrate, it would be appropriate for both the parties to approach the Court of learned Magistrate and to apprise the Court of this situation.
