After arguing for sometime, Mr. Nagesh Chavan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court at Sangli within a period of two weeks from the date on which the present order is uploaded on the website of Bombay High Court. Permission is granted.

It is made clear that if the Application is made within two weeks as mentioned above, the period from the date of filing of the present Petition till today shall be excluded for the purpose of computation of the period of limitation in filing appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court at Sangli. 3.

If such an Application is preferred, the Sessions Court at Sangli is directed to hear the matter and shall decide the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by withdrawal of this Petition. 4.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
