By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks transfer of investigation of C.R. No.146 of 2024 registered with the Bundgarden Police Station, Pune to the Mahad Police Station, Raigad.

Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, learned Addl. P.P, on instructions, states that the Police will be transferring the F.I.R in question from the Bundgarden Police Station, Pune to the Mahad Police Station, Raigad. Statement accepted.
