1) Petitioner, accused in CC No. 3348/PW/2017 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, (10th Court), Andheri, Mumbai, arising out of CR No. 119 of 2016 dated 21st February 2016 registered with D.N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code has invoked jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the said case, with the consent of Respondent No.2, the victim.

2) Learned Advocate for Petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of the said case the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have settled their disputes and differences amicably and the Respondent No.2 is giving her consent for quashing of the crime in question. 1/2

In para Nos.4, 8 & 9 thereof, the Respondent No.2 has given her consent for quashing of the crime in question.

3.1) Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 12th September 2024 and her 'no objection' for quashing of the crime in question. 4) In view thereof, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
