The Petitioner is seeking withdrawal of the present Writ Petition, wherein there is a challenge to the ex-parte order dated 18.05.2024, passed by the Family Court at Nashik in Petition (E) No. 233 of 2018.It is submitted that, the marriage has been dissolved by mutual consent. Therefore, the present Writ Petition has become infrucutous.

The copy of the order dated 01.07.2025, dissolving the marriage, is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3.
