After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this Petition, since the investigation is still going on, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of this Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings, if and when the charge-sheet is filed. 2.

Considering this submission, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally at this stage. It is needless to add that the Petitioner would be at liberty to adopt the appropriate proceedings, if and when the charge-sheet is filed. 3.
