Mr. Prashant Raut, learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are acquitted in respect of the subject crime (FIR bearing No. 0333 of 2019 dated 8th May, 2019). He tenders a photostat copy of the Judgment and Order dated 22nd January, 2026 passed by the Special Judge at Pune in Sessions Court No. 918 of 2019, same is taken on record and marked ''X - 1' for identification. He therefore submits that this Petition is rendered infructuous.
