1) Praecipe dated 17th June 2025 is circulated by the Advocate for Petitioners citing urgency. Perusal of record indicates that, on 13th February 2025, our predecessors have issued notice to Respondent No.2 making it returnable on 3rd April 2025.

2) The note put up by the Registry mentions that, Advocate for Petitioners has not supplied spare copies of Petition till date and hence notice could not be issued to Respondent No.2. It is more than five months that, the Petitioners have not complied with said requisition. It appears to us that, Petitioners are not seriously interested in pursuing the Petition. 2.1) At this stage, Mr. Rokade, learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions submitted that, for the said lapse on the part of the Petitioners, 1/2

dtg 67-Wp-4280-2024.doc the Petitioners will pay a cost of Rs. 5,000/- to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of Bombay. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.
