The principal submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the sections alleged in the FIR are both bailable and non-cognizable and as such, FIR could not have been lodged. He submits that Sections alleged in the FIR are 501 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(c) of the Information and Technology Act.
