P.C.:- 1) This is an unusual Petition filed by the First Informant herself for quashing of the FIR lodged by her. 2) The Accused, i.e., the Respondent No.2 has not taken any steps by approaching this Court for quashing of the FIR. He is represented by an Advocate. Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 seeks time to file his vakilpatra. It shall be done within a period of four weeks from today.

3) Both the learned counsel shall satisfy the Court on the next date as to how this Petition is maintainable. 4) Stand over to 4th February 2025.
