By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the order dated 12th March 2021 by which he was refused to be categorized by the appropriate authority.

Mr. Saste, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, states that the petitioner has now been released after completion of his sentence on 4th December 2024. Mr. Saste has tendered a letter dated 28th January 2025, addressed to him by the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik, The same is N. S. Chitnis 1/2
