Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed application for getting maintenance before the Trial Court which is pending for three years but that application has not been disposed of hence requested to expediting the said application. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 6 submits that the matter before the Trial Court is delayed due to petitioner only as the petitioner has not complied the directions given by the Trial Court. 4.

Learned APP submits that appropriate order be passed. 1/2

I have heard all learned counsel. Petitioner's maintenance application is pending before the Trial Court for three years hence Trial Court is requested to dispose of pending applications as early as possible. Both parties shall co-operate the Trial Court to dispose of the applications. 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
