He seeks liberty to approach this Court again in case of change in circumstances. 2) Considering this reason, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn at this stage. If there is change in circumstances, it is permissible for the Petitioner to file a fresh Petition. With these observations, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn at this stage. 3) The Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
