This is a Petition for quashing of the F.I.R. registered vide C.R. No.515 of 2024 dated 22nd July 2024 at Bandra-Kurla Complex Police Station - Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 471, 468, 465, 420, 409 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC"). 2.

At the outset, learned APP submitted, that after the investigation, the Investigating Agency has filed a "C-Summary Report" before the learned Magistrate and therefore, nothing Satish Sangar

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2, both jointly state, that the matter is settled between the parties. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 has tendered an Affidavit of "No Objection" affirmed by the another authorized employee of the company. The Affidavit is accompanied by a Board Resolution authorizing him to file this Affidavit. The Affidavit is taken on record.

Since, the "C-Summary" is filed, learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition. Therefore, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The Petitioner is at liberty to produce a copy of this Affidavit of "No Objection" before the learned Magistrate. In case, the "C-Summary" is not accepted by the learned Magistrate, the Petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 4.

The Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
