By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks quashing of FIR registered vide C.R. No.870 of 2023 with the Amboli Police Station, against the Petitioner for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 500, 34 of the IPC and Section 67- A of Information Technology Act.

It appears that after the Petitioner's anticipatory bail was rejected by all the Courts, including the Apex Court vide order dated 22nd April, 2024, the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2 amicably settled their dispute. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 on the instructions of Respondent No.2 states that the Respondent No.2 has no objection for quashing of the proceedings initiated by him as against the Petitioner. He further states that he also has no objection if interim protection is granted to the Petitioner to enable her to appear before this Court in this Petition, as well as in the Petition filed by him i.e. Writ Petition No.1566 of 2024.

We have perused the Petition. The allegations are between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2, who are husband and wife, and that they both want the matter to be amicably settled between them. Considering the aforesaid, stand over to 15th October, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. To be tagged alongwith Writ Petition No.1566 of 2024. Both the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2 to remain present in view of the amicable 2/3

settlement between the parties. No coercive steps should be taken against the Petitioner till the next date.
