By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.2-CBI, ACB, Pune to return the documents seized by the said respondent during the search conducted at the petitioner's residence on 5th October 2016. The details of the document as sought for, are mentioned in para 4 of the petition. SQ Pathan 1/2

24-WP-4418-2024.doc Mr. Shirsat, learned Spl. P.P appearing for the respondent-CBI, ACB, Pune states that he has no objection to returning the said documents to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed. The respondent No. 2-CBI ACB, Pune is directed to return the documents as sought for in para 4 of the aforesaid petition, to the petitioner at the earliest, and in any event, within two weeks from today.
