After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in these Petitions, the learned counsel for the Petitioners, prays for unconditional withdrawal of these Petitions.

Permission is granted. The Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and are disposed of accordingly. 3.
