Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the parties are exploring possibility of amicable settlement in the Family Court, Pune. He submits that petitioner no.1 has paid the maintenance amount as per the order passed by the learned Magistrate. He submits that the petitioners are disputing the enhanced amount granted by the Sessions Court.

Since, the parties are exploring the possibility of amicable settlement, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that to show their bonafide petitioner no.1 shall pay an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- to respondent no.1 within four weeks by directly transferring the Page no. 1 of 2
5-wp-4460-2024.doc amount to her bank account. Statement made on behalf of petitioner no.1 is accepted as an undertaking to this court. After the payment is made, learned advocate for the petitioner shall place on record, a copy of the receipt.

If a copy of receipt is placed on record, the registry is directed to issue notice to respondent no.1 returnable on 3rd January 2025. 4.
If the amount is paid, in addition to Court notice, learned advocate for petitioners to serve respondents, by private notice alongwith the copy of this order and file affidavit of service before the next date.
