Vide order dated 13th Deceased 2024, notice was issued to the Respondent No.2 making the same returnable on 31st January 2025. Accordingly, interim relief was also granted qua the Petitioner. 2.

Despite service, none appears for the Respondent No.2. 3.

Hence, issue fresh notice to Respondent No.2 returnable on 7th April 2025. Hamdust permitted.

In addition to Court notice, learned counsel for the Petitioner to serve the Respondent No.2 by private notice and file Affidavit of service before the next date.
