P.C.:- 1) This is a Petition for quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R.No.677 of 2024 at Bharati Vidyapith Police Station, Pune for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC').
2) During the pendency of this Petition, charge-sheet is now filed. Considering this change of circumstances, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with further liberty to prefer an application for discharge. He submitted that liberty be also granted to make an application for expeditious decision of the discharge application. Permission is granted. 1/2

They are also at liberty to make an application for expeditious decision of the discharge application. If both these Applications are made, they shall be decided on their own merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by the withdrawal of this Petition. 4) With these observations, Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
