Mr. Gaud, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the only relief sought in the Writ Petition is to decide expeditiously the Interim Application in C.C. No.33/DV/2023. He states that the said Interim Application has been decided and therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He therefore, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as it has become infructuous.
