This is a praecipe addressed to the Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Mumbai, dated 4th February, 2025. Apparently, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner desires that this praecipe should be treated as a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 17th January, 2025.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner points out that in paragraph 7 of the order dated 17th January, 2025, in the third last line, the word "RCC" has been inadvertently typed instead of "SCC".

In view of the above, this motion is disposed off. 4.

Therefore, the word "RCC" be replaced by "SCC" in the third last line of paragraph 7 of the order dated 17th January, 2025.
