Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 17th February, 2025. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the State.

Having considered the F.I.R. No.0270, dated 25th May, 2024 registered with the Hatkanangale, Police Station, District Kolhapur, we prima facie find that there is hardly anything serious as against the Petitioner, who is the sister-in-law of the ADN
920-WP-4539-2024 (CR) .odt Complainant. There are several allegations against the husband, father-in-law, as well as mother-in-law. This Petition is preferred by the sister-in-law.

In view of the above, we direct the Trial Court that the charge would not be framed, only as against the Petitioner, who is Accused No.4 in the F.I.R.
