By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R.No.234 of 2024 with the Malad Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned A.P.P, on instructions, states that the Police, after conducting investigation, have filed a "C" Summary Report in the said C.R. Learned A.P.P has tendered a copy of the said report evidencing the same. The same is taken on record.
