Though the Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India predominantly, the Petitioner is seeking quashing of the charges which are already framed by a judicial order. She seeks leave to amend to correct the title clause as well as the prayer clause to replace Article 226 by Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Leave to amend for that purpose is granted. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. If, such an amendment is carried out, the matter would lie before a Single Judge.
