Though the Petitioner is conscious that her three children aged 12, 8 and 5 years respectively are in the custody of the Respondent No.2, since the learned counsel prayed before us that she is denied an opportunity to meet the children and she is concerned with their well-being, we deem it appropriate to issue notice to the Respondent No.2 by making it returnable on 10.12.2024.

Similarly, we also issue notice to the Senior Police Inspector, Ghatkopar Police Station, Mumbai, who will ensure that the notice is served upon the Respondent No.2 and he shall also ascertain the whereabouts of the corpus in respect of Chaitanya
