Heard Mr. Paramhans Dixit, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2. He submits that the subject matter of present proceedings pertains to the matrimonial discord. He submits that the complaint was filed on account of the misunderstanding between Respondent No. 2 and the Petitioners. He submits that the parties have realized their mistake and have amicably resolved their dispute. He submits that Respondent No. 2 is unable to appear before this Court, as she is out of station. He therefore prays for time till Monday, i.e. 12.01.2026.
