Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that inadvertently a charge-sheet in a different case involving the same Petition is annexed. The subject matter of the present Petition is C.R. No.282/2023 lodged at Yeoala City Police Station. She seeks leave to replace the charge-sheet annexed at Exhibit-A to this Petition and annex a proper charge-sheet concerning the present subject matter.
