It is contended by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that from the allegations, it appears that the relationship of the Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2 is consensual in nature. It is submitted that the F.I.R. does not reveal that the alleged offence is committed on the false promise of marriage.
