P.C.:- 1) In pursuance of Order dated 17th June, 2025, the Registrar General has forwarded his report dated 15th July, 2025. 1.1) Perusal of said report indicates that, directions issued in paragraph Nos.5.1, 5.3 and 5.4 of Order dated 17th June, 2025, have not been complied with in its letter and spirit.
2) We therefore direct the Registrar General to submit a detailed report in consonance with the directions issued on 17th June, 2025, within a period of one week from today.

ssm 2 20-wp4686.2024.doc 3) It be noted here that, in pursuance of Order dated 6th February, 2025, passed by this Court, the Legal Aid Services Committee, Mumbai, has appointed Advocate Ms. Shamika Ranade to espouse the cause of Respondent No.2.
3.1) Record indicates that, on 16th June, 2025, Advocate Mr. Advait More appeared on her behalf. On 8th July, 2025 and today Advocate Mr. C.B. Kher appeared for Advocate Ms. Shamika Ranade. It prima facie appears that, Advocate Ms. Shamika Ranade is unable to spare time from her busy schedule to appear in this case to espouse the cause of Respondent No.2.
4) Stand over to 8th August, 2025.
5) Ad-interim relief, if any granted earlier, to continue till the next date.
