Learned counsel Ms.Saima Ansari, representing Respondent Nos.2 to 4, makes a statement that Respondent No.2-Mr.Zama Manal Kazi with whom the three children are presently residing, is ready to hand over their custody to the Petitioner and we expect them to be handed over on or before Sunday i.e. 01/12/2024. It is informed that one of the children is already with the Petitioner.
