DATED : 3rd DECEMBER, 2024 P.C:- The petition filed by the mother of three children, who were removed from her custody by the respondent no.2 husband deserve a disposal, since, it is informed by the learned counsel Mr. Sawant that the custody of the children as committed and recorded in the order dated 26/11/2024, is handed over to him. The respondent no.2 is also agreed to return the Passport as well as the School Leaving Certificate/ Birth Certificate of the children to the petitioner forthwith.
