Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the main allegations are against the husband of Respondent No. 2. Petitioner Nos. 4 & 5 are the married sisters of the husband of Respondent No. 2. Petitioner No. 6 is a daughter of Petitioner No. 5. Even against the other Petitioners, there are only vague and general allegations. These allegations are made to implicate as many family members as possible.

Considering these submissions, it is necessary to hear the other side. Hence, the following order :- 1/2

ORDER

a.

Issue notice to Respondent No. 2, returnable on 3rd February 2025.

b.

Till then the Trial Court shall not proceed against the present Petitioners only.

Stand over to 3rd February 2025.
