Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the subject matter of F.I.R. against the Petitioner, is the incident dated 7th September 2024. Police had registered non-cognizable case on 7th September 2024 and on the same allegations suddenly subsequently the F.I.R. came to be registered. During pendency of this Petition, now the charge-sheet is filed. 2.

Considering these submissions, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

a.

Leave to amend is granted to the Petitioner to annex 1/2

Gitalaxmi 57-wp-4749-2024.doc copy of the charge-sheet and carry out corresponding amendment in the Petition.

b.

This be done within a period of four weeks from today.

c.

After carrying out the amendment, issue notice to Respondent No. 2, returnable on 3rd February 2025. d.

Till the next date before this Court, the Trial Court shall not proceed against the Petitioner.

Stand over to 3rd February 2025.
