This Petition is filed for quashing of the proceedings in SCC No.1005229/2009 on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ulhasnagar, Thane, u/s 304-A r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP informed the Court that as of today, four MANUSHREE NESARIKAR witnesses are examined and the 5th witness is being crossexamined. Nesarikar

Since the matter has progressed sufficiently; though belatedly, at this stage, it would be in the interest of justice, that the trial reaches its conclusion through completion of evidence. 5.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the directions be issued to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

The request is reasonable. Therefore, without making any observations on the merits of the matter, the Petition is disposed of with directions to the learned Trial Judge to complete the trial within a period of six months from today. 7.
Both the sides, i.e. the prosecution as well as the defence, shall co-operate for disposal of the trial within that time frame.

The Petition is disposed of.
