This matter is listed in view of the request letter bearing No. O.W. No. 60/2026 dated 19th January, 2026 of the Chief Judicial C.J.J.D. and J.M.F.C. Chikhaloli - Ambarnath, requesting for further extension of time to dispose of the proceedings bearing No. SCC 5229 of 2009. Request is for a further period of one year.
