Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the major portion in the memo of this petition is wrongly added and most of the grounds taken are not in respect of the present subject matter which is for quashing of the F.I.R. registered vide the C.R.No.462 of 2024 at Navghar police station. 2.

It can be seen that this petition is very casually filed without verifying the contents. However, in the interest of justice, we are permitting the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for challenging the F.I.R. registered vide the C.R.No.462 of 2024 at Navghar police station; however, that will be subject to payment of cost of Rs.10000/- to be paid to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
