By the present Petition, the Petitioners have sought for the following reliefs in prayer clause (B) and (C): (B) Quash and set aside impugned FIR bearing Crime No. 671/2024 dated 04.03.2024 registered with Narpoli Taluka Police Station, Thane for an offence punishable U/sec. 120-B, 409, 417, 418, 420, 421, 423, 424 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code and for that purpose issue necessary orders.
(C) Quash and set aside impugned order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the Learned
Judicial Magistrate First Class, (Court No.
5), Bhiwandi in O.M.A. No.339/2021 and further consequential steps/action taken on the basis of said FIR also may kindly be quashed and set aside and for that purpose issue necessary orders.

Mr. Nitin Gaware, learned Advocate for the Petitioners tenders the Report dated 17th February, 2026 submitted by the Police Inspector, Narpoli Police Station, Bhiwandi, Thane, along with a Final Report formed under Section 193 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Photostat copies (7 Nos.) are taken on record and marked "X-Colly" for identification. 3.
Mr. Nitin Gaware, learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that in view of the filing of the said "C" Summary Report, by relying on the compilation (X-Colly) containing FIR bearing No. 671 of 2024 dated 4th March, 2024, the Petition is rendered infructuous.

Ms. Shilpa Talhar, learned APP for the Respondent - State, confirms the position as stated by Mr. Nitin Gaware and submits that in view of the filing of the "C" Summary Report, the Petition is indeed infructuous.
